Meet The Team

We are both originally from Ohio, have lived in Colorado since 2012, and married in 2017.  We moved to Colorado for the outdoors and love to spend our time in the mountains. Functional fitness and health is a deep passion of ours. You will see us around at both studios, prior to purchasing Fitwall in 2024 we have been dedicated members since 2019.  We were instantly hooked on the energy, results and most importantly the community that we found at Fitwall and continue to build.  With a combined total of over 1500 classes, Fitwall has truly become a staple in our lives.

Fitness has massively shaped who I am as a person and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have my BS in Nutrition and Exercise Science and have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2015. That aside, I've learned so much about exercise (for myself & coaching others) simply by doing. I've been working at Fitwall since 2016 and am absolutely its #1 fan - come say hi!
